The room looked clean when I entered, but the key was given without a lock and not on the requested floor; it turned out to be on the second floor under the roof. The front desk was never staffed, and the gravel parking lot was right next to the building on a busy main road. When I asked for a room cleaning, the staff only shuffled the bed and did a mediocre tidy‑up, fresh towels were provided but no vacuuming was done. I was very disappointed. At breakfast, the coffee was stale from the previous day until it was replaced; otherwise it was fine. It felt more like a plain event venue.
