The location is very convenient and the staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay in Mantova wonderful. The room was missing a kettle, but it was available in the common areas.

The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the property is easy to reach by car with on‑site paid parking, which is still appreciated. Breakfast was average, with no essential items missing. The room was clean. Some parts of the room were not in perfect condition; the bathroom curtains were dirty and some doors were a bit worn, but nothing essential—just minor details that could be understandable. No impact on the stay.
