When we arrived, we had an issue with condensation from the air‑conditioner; they offered us a room change right away, which we declined, and they fixed the problem immediately. Only on one day was the room not cleaned properly.

Very nice place

The bathroom size and the staff’s attention were good. The windows were very dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, there was a lack of lighting in the rooms and hallways, and the parking was narrow.

The staff was good, but the service was horrible. The hotel owner had a very bad attitude because we had to change rooms, and when we asked for an iron, she refused to give it to us even though it was available at the hotel. It was noisy day and night.

Lots of pillows on the bed, 24‑hour front desk, central location, and air conditioning. But the bed itself was uncomfortable, hot water took a long time to come out of the shower, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the place was noisy, the furniture looked old, and the towels were ripped.
