“最悪”

There was nothing good to mention. The owner’s attitude was still questionable, but the problems were too many and severe. First, the premises are cramped; the entrance corridor is narrow and luggage can’t pass. Second, the building is old and drafty, blocked only with bubble wrap. Third, slippers were missing and the worn shoes that were available were unacceptable. Fourth, the staircase to the rooms is steep, posing a safety risk, and there is no emergency exit. Fifth, the bathroom had no hot water and the shower area was unusable, so I didn’t bother using it. Sixth, the room was terrible: the sheets were clearly unwashed, and the blanket was slightly dirty—no way to sleep on that. My partner was furious and demanded a room change. I had to buy new sheets and blankets at a nearby hardware store for about 10,000 yen, which exceeded the accommodation cost. I want a refund. If the site is acting as a broker, it should conduct a local inspection; this is a serious credibility issue and I expect an explanation. Will this end up on the review site?

No positives. The sheets that someone had slept on were left in the room, so I couldn’t sleep on that bedding and decided to look for another hotel instead. It was the same day, so I couldn’t cancel. It was the worst experience.

The manager was very kind, and dinner at the facility was delicious. The sheets were missing, so the room felt unclean.
