“While the location is great, unless you are a night owl partier, I would recommend elsewhere.”
The rooms were nice and the location is right downtown, but the noise level outside our room on the first night was unacceptable for anyone with decent hearing. The staff were friendly and moved us to another room for the second day.
“We had a great time.”
Beautiful hotel, great staff, perfect location, on-site bars and dining. No elevator and no person to help haul luggage up 2 flights of stairs. No ice machine or soda machine. Parking is limited and creates stress for having to arrange alternate parking or moving the vehicle in the morning to a different place. This is not a place for travelers, but is a great entertainment venue
The hotel sits just two blocks from the train depot for the 3:20 A.M. departure, making it walkable, but the stairs are a problem if you have knee issues.
“My daughter and I loved this place”
Everything you need is within walking distance from the hotel, and the bed was very comfortable while the room stayed clean; hot water and clean towels were all there in this old spooky place, though parking proved a challenge but we managed it.
“Stay was overall wonderful minus one minor inconvenience. Thank you!”
Kids banged on the door of the room, and the staff had to be notified, which was handled appropriately.
