The hotel lived up to its name – everything from the lobby to the rooms felt well‑kept and welcoming. Staff were friendly and the location made it easy to get around. I’d definitely come back.

The room was comfortable, the beds were firm enough, and the bathroom was clean; breakfast offered a decent spread that hit the spot each morning. We left feeling satisfied with every part of the experience.

The spot is great – right in the middle of everything you’d want to see – but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower was weak, the sink leaked, and there was no proper enclosure, which made it frustrating.

The housekeeping did a solid job; the room was tidy and fresh when I arrived. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a problem – there was no hot water in the morning and it didn’t seem properly cleaned.

Viviane and Diana were the highlight, always courteous and quick to help. The room, however, smelled of mildew and had a wall with a loose plaster piece, which was disappointing.
