The room was clean and friendly to travellers, and the air‑conditioner worked nicely. The location was far from good connectivity, so I had to use Grab every time I travelled, which made it expensive. The blanket I received had already been used by someone else.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The street outside was noisy; the wall could use better insulation. The staff were not welcoming at all, even telling me to take off my indoor flip‑flops and walk barefoot. They ignored basic guest needs like a water boiler or electric kettle for tea or coffee, and the kitchen was not decent. We had to walk a quarter mile to a 7‑11 to get items the hostel should provide. The price is far too high for such minimal facilities.

This was the cleanest, most comfortable hostel I've stayed at; the beds felt larger and everything was spotless, making sleep very pleasant. The location felt a bit off, with few places to eat or entertain nearby, but it was still convenient enough that a motorbike ride to the pier, night market, or station wasn’t far.
