This is the most enjoyable hotel experience we have had in Ontario. The entrance is seamless—clear directions. We had a lovely courtyard and they welcomed our small dog. There was not a single item lacking. Thank you for reminding me to send feedback! No complaints—hidden gem.

I stayed in a beautiful, spotless suite and the staff were very friendly, but I wish I could have stayed more than one night; finding the front of the building was a bit tricky and I had to rely on Google Maps.

The suite was lovely, but there was no walk‑in shower and the glass doors blocked my access to the tub; I’d definitely come back if a walk‑in shower were added, which was my mistake.
