“Don’t book, very basic and service is not good.”

The location was as expected, close to the airport (300 SLK by tuk‑tuk). Check‑in was a bit slow and they asked for my planned checkout time. The room was very simple, even more so than I expected, but it was clean enough. Checkout was a disaster: nobody was there despite the 24‑hour opening promise and the agreed checkout time. I had to WhatsApp and finally get a way to leave and reach the terminal 40 minutes later than planned. Not the relaxed start before a flight that an airport hotel should provide.

“Should improve”

The renovation was still underway, so the place wasn’t ready for guests, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

Everything was awful: the staff were rude, the room was filthy and full of ants, it smelled bad, there was no soap, and the towels were disgusting.

“Epämukava lentokenttähotelli”

There was absolutely nothing good to mention. The room came without any linens, towels or toilet paper, and the promised balcony/terrace was missing. The receptionist, a gentleman at the front desk, acted extremely rude. The room was dirty, we endured a long power outage that also made it hot, and the shower only dribbled water.
