“The worst hotel i ever stayed.”

Nothing about the property was likable. Everything was dirty, messy, and unsafe—mold on the ceiling, an unplugged and filthy fridge, and overall a negative experience. I checked out immediately upon arrival and found another place.

“They should include brekafast”

There was no breakfast; we had to leave the hotel and find open restaurants or fast‑food. We also had to haul our own luggage because no staff helped.

The staff swapped our room after we complained that the assigned one had flies from old garbage, but the flies were still a problem.

I'm still fuming about my disastrous stay at Red Doorz. They completely messed up my booking, which I had made almost a year in advance. To make matters worse, they still charged me for the full four days. It was humiliating for my granddaughter and me to show up at the hotel only to be told they had no record of our booking. We were forced to scramble for alternative accommodation, and it was a nightmare. Needless to say, I'll never set foot in one of their hotels again.

We were really happy with our stay at this hotel. The family room was massive and had a super comfy bed, plus the shower was top-notch. The staff were also really helpful, especially the overworked lady who seemed to be doing everything on her own. The only thing that let it down was the slightly worn-out wood near the bed, but the floor and wall tiles were spotless.
