“Fantastic staff elevate this boutique hotel”
The staff are genuinely fantastic, raising this small hotel above the rest. The à la carte breakfast is good, and it’s nice to sit outside. The only downsides are the lack of a gym and that room 203 was a bit dark.

The location and bed comfort were great, but the à la carte breakfast service was extremely slow, only open to outside guests, with limited choices, and pancakes could only be ordered by non‑hotel guests, not by those who had breakfast in the hotel.

The staff were super friendly, the room was very pretty, and the location was excellent—everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, and overall it was a wonderful stay. Nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect! The staff stayed great throughout our visit, the welcome drinks were lovely—especially on that hot day. The rooms are huge, the beds are super comfy, and breakfast was a 10/10 with plenty of delicious options. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone in Florence and can’t wait to come back.

The rooms were elegant, clean, and nicely furnished, and breakfast offered a wide selection. I would have liked complimentary new water bottles each day for this rate. Getting there by car is a bit tricky because of the center’s many one‑way streets, but it’s manageable once you know the area.
