The photos were misleading – the place was dirty, looked abandoned, and the bathroom was shared, so I had to sit on a sofa while my wife showered. The water barely warmed up, the shower’s wiring was hanging loose, and there was no drinking‑water filter, only a tap. The owner doesn’t live on the premises and was slow to respond, so I wouldn’t recommend it despite the cheap price.
