The room had very old and damaged items like the sofa and bed, and the building wasn't maintained properly. The restaurant didn't provide an invoice signature method, so we always had to pay at the same time.

Only the location was good. The Wi‑Fi was bad, promises weren't kept (e.g., the airport shuttle), and getting a coffee or fruit juice took over 20 minutes, among many other issues.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, it was a bit of a disaster. The location was great, but that's where the positives ended. There were no bathing towels or hand towels, only drying towels, so I couldn't even wash my body. The casino in the hotel made every floor smell like cigarettes, and there was no hot water either. The staff was friendly and tried to help, but they were unable to rectify the situation.
