The hotel was excellent: the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was full, and the gym and pool were good. Nothing to complain about.

The reception desk had enough staff to answer all questions, and the manager was exceptionally nice, greeting everyone and treating his staff well. Everything was great.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the staff were very nice. However, the satellite service needs updating; it shows nothing on the guide, and you must click each station individually to see what’s playing that night, which is inconvenient. Also, you have to hold the door to close it; if you let go, it slams shut hard and makes a loud noise in the hallway.

I was told we would stay in a suite with a separate living room and a pull‑out couch, but that wasn’t the case; the room description was definitely misleading.
