The view was nice. The room felt unsafe with many holes in the door latch, on the walls, and even on the worn‑out, cracking bamboo floor. Water in the sink, toilet, and bathroom was salty and yellowish.

The location was amazing—right on a beautiful beach and we had the place to ourselves. The facilities (toilets, showers) were pretty dirty and needed maintenance; the huts were clean enough, but the mosquito nets didn’t work well, so bring plenty of bug spray.

The spot is fantastic, right on the sea and directly on the beach. For the tree house, bring bug repellent because they’ll love your legs and arms.

I stayed in a tree‑house, which was the highlight—fresh, unique, and unconventional. The space felt cramped and unfamiliar, and it was quite stuffy, but the sea was gorgeous, there were no crowds, the staff were wonderful, and breakfast was simply amazing. Swimming on what felt like a private beach was great, and afterward I enjoyed a small cocktail of Chinese wine right by the local administrative building. Overall, I recommend both the hotel and its people. The only issue was some electrical problems.
