No water, and they didn’t respond.

The location is good, but the bathrooms were always dirty and you had to cross the living room and kitchen to reach the showers. Breakfast was disappointing. They have a 10 % discount sign that says you get it if you give a 10‑point rating on the apps, which I find dishonest.

I left because I needed my own space during the World Cup, gave a 10‑star review, but missed the vibe so much I returned three days later. The Victorian‑style building is lovely with amazing décor. The staff went above and beyond; the manager was a great host and the little dog was adorable. Probably my favorite hostel. The on‑site mini‑bar is open 24/7. The main room is very comfortable, with a huge TV, plenty of seating, and they don’t mind if you sleep on the couch—I've done it more than once! 100 % coming back for a third time. P.S. Thanks for the Mexico flag to take home.

The beds were quite comfortable and clean, but the showers felt a bit cramped.
