“over all the stay was satisfactory”

The breakfast was excellent, with a skilled attendant who handled everything perfectly, and the room arrived exactly on schedule. However, the bathroom mirror light was broken and never got repaired after I reported it.

“It was decent, but I wouldn’t stay again if that staff Betsy is working there at night”

The place was spotless, but the night‑shift staff member named Betsy was rude. We forgot our room key, waited in the lobby for about an hour while she kept the doors open, and had to call the front desk over 50 times just to learn she was hiding in a meeting room; when I finally confronted her about unlocking our door, she stared at me and was very impolite before finally replying.
