The room was very clean, had a fridge which I thought was a great idea, loved the balcony, and the location is excellent—everything is within walking distance. It was too noisy to sleep; you could hear every word people were saying outside even though the window and doors were closed. If I had stayed longer than the 2 nights I paid for I would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere. It really needs double glazing. I'm coming to Hastings next year, not staying here though.

Large balcony with sea view. Comfortable bed. Central location. The smell in the bathroom got stronger over the 2 days we stayed. I have stayed before and this was not an issue. Maybe this needs attention.

The sea views were great, but I couldn’t get a hot shower; the water was only lukewarm.

I had a really nice stay and always book here when I’m in Hastings. The place is comfortable with a nice bed and bathroom, and the large balcony lets you sit outside and have coffee. It’s always clean and very modern, and I’ve already booked for next week. The hot water isn’t very hot, so you always have to boil a kettle to wash.
