The location was good, yet there was no Wi‑Fi until day three. I called multiple times asking for a fix, and had to rely on my mobile, which was inconvenient.

There was a bed and a lock on the door. When I asked the owner for hand soap, he gave me shower gel instead. I also received a towel and toilet paper. However, on the day I was traveling, the owner texted me that I couldn't stay there and moved me to another property in a location I hadn't chosen, feeling like bad student housing. The bathroom had no light, the walls were very thin, and all the noise from inside and next door was obvious. I couldn't park at night, so I had to leave my car on a different street.

The location was fine, but everything was filthy and poorly maintained—worse than a dog kennel.

Off‑street parking was available, but the overall stay was very poor and far below expectations. We waited outside in the rain upon arrival while the lockbox code was sent, and the external fire door had no proper internal handle, making entry frustrating. The room was extremely basic: only one towel in the en‑suite, no hand towel, and the bath mat smelled strongly of urine, making the whole room unpleasant. The listing advertised a “double bed (131–150 cm)”, but the bed was clearly much smaller—closer to a standard twin—and uncomfortable with only one pillow each. The shared kitchen was unhygienic: cupboards held expired food, empty containers, and random items; worktops were dirty; there appeared to be a leak with water patches around the units. The cooker was heavily soiled with grease and emitted a noticeable smell. The kettle was faulty and required several attempts to work, and there were no cups or coffee. The pots and pans seemed old and unusable. The bin was dirty, and cleaning equipment such as mops were left out unclean, giving off a strong odor. House rules clearly state quiet hours between 22:00–08:00, yet these were not respected. Other guests made loud phone calls late at night, and we were woken at 5 am on a Sunday morning by banging and noise from the kitchen below. This stay did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or management.
