We left early and it’s hard to believe it’s rated 3 stars; I would have given it a minus if I could. The room was disgusting and unclean.

Nothing noteworthy. The bathroom was disgusting.

The bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The toilet paint was peeling and there was a lot of black mould.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. However, the larger lady at reception seemed to view us as a nuisance when we arrived; a small foreign lady was helpful. When we went out to explore Dingwall after booking, we didn’t see the larger lady or get eye contact, and the same happened when we went out for a meal at night. She was silent as we passed the reception after greeting her, and I’m not sure she should be working at the front desk.
