The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even going beyond their job scope to assist me. The location was good, the place was clean and cheap. I would definitely recommend this place to budget travellers.

The location is close to everywhere: night market, pharmacy, food stalls, salon, coffee shops. The room was so small with two queen beds. There is no separate shower room. The photos posted are not what you get; the photos are deceiving.

The host’s personality was good, and he taught us a sightseeing plan with a map. Since I was traveling alone, it was very reassuring. The cost‑performance was overwhelmingly good, and he was flexible with our requests. He changed the room for us, replaced the towels daily, and so on. There was no negative comment.

I liked the location for my needs and the staff were always helpful and welcoming, but the wifi kept dropping out.

Tom at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Binh helped us book the buses we needed; when our room smelled of smoke from another guest, they switched us rooms quickly, though the lobby has comfortable seats but isn’t set up for socializing.
