The place is on the main street. It was a bit noisy on a Sunday night; the window was open and it felt warm, late August.
“Correct pour une nuit.”
The staff welcomed us nicely. The compressor noise ran all night.
The location is excellent, right in the middle of town, and they have their own restaurant. The bed was a bit small with a single mattress and only one blanket; we asked for a second one and they brought it.
The hotel sits right in the city centre, a charming old building with solid air‑conditioning. The only downside is the third floor has no elevator, but we’re not ten years older, so that’s fine. The bathroom finishes are unattractive – silicone and tile joints look cheap – and the room and bathroom are both cramped. The floor in the room is in mediocre condition, giving a DIY vibe.
The reception was warm and the premises were clean. Nothing else.
