I found the cabin very accessible and surrounded by nature; the location was great and the cabin had everything needed, plus the privacy each cabin offers is priceless—toucans, butterflies, and other birds were spotted. The downside was the neighbor noise; it seems there’s an event hall nearby and the adjacent property’s neighbors always play music at full volume, which is a shame because you’re looking to relax.

The spot is really pretty and the cabin itself was super comfy. I liked how the staff treated us and the breakfast was tasty. Nothing really stood out as a problem – everything was fine.

The hosts were really friendly, and the whole setting felt peaceful with plenty of wildlife around. Stayed in a big, rustic chalet that fit the nature vibe perfectly.

A solid stop‑over if you’re heading from San José toward the Caribbean, with a nice rural vibe and easy access to volcano tours and rafting when you have a spare day. Breakfast was solid, but the parking was a mess when we got there at night in the rain and the area was pretty dark.
