Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la pulizia della camera, il profumo appena entrato in hotel, l'ottima posizione (10 min a piedi dalla città della scienza, 30 min a piedi dal centro, 18 min a piedi dalla metro per poter andare in aereoporto direttamente) e la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale. L'unico difetto è che purtroppo la finestra della camera non si chiudeva bene per cui per noi che abbiamo alloggiato a settembre il problema non si è posto però probabilmente per chi dovesse alloggiare in inverno, uno spifferino entra, ma comunque impercettibile. Purtroppo, abbiamo trovato due piccole blatte in camera ma veramente minuscole e penso sia dovuto in generale alla città e non alla pulizia dell'hotel perché è stata impeccabile
