The food tasted processed and horrible; everything was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, the staff were awesome, and the location is great with food and shopping right by it; overall the hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and we’ll definitely stay again when visiting Hastings. The hot tub was dirty and dingy, the water looked brown, and there were bugs and hair floating in it; also, though there were great options for the complimentary breakfast, everything that was supposed to be hot was cold.

The IHG hotel was very clean, the staff super friendly, and the neighborhood location was nice with gas and food close by.

I came for the baseball tournament and the stay could not have gone better; the front staff were very accommodating with all of us using the lobby and dining area, the rooms were clean and spacious, and it was a great stay!
