Night clerk Jimmy was excellent—helpful, flexible, and very friendly. This older hotel has unique architecture throughout. The pool and hot tub are no longer working, so they’re not listed. Many rooms face the hotel and get sunlight from the open roof. Great spot for a quick stopover. Safeway is just a walk down the street if you need anything. Open until 1:00 a.m.

Super clean and comfy. The pool and spa are closed.

The room was comfortable. There was no breakfast (no fruit, cereal, toast). The pool was under renovation, and the attached restaurant was closed.

The property is now in private hands and they’re working hard to deliver a solid experience, though the towels felt thin and cheap.
