Nice seaside hotel, but the Wi‑Fi was completely missing. It's essential now, since I had to work and kept walking around the hotel searching for a signal. I ask the management to fix this.

I loved how spacious the room was—it was genuinely large—and the breakfast gave good value for money; the pools were clean and the hotel was close to the sea. The only drawback was that the whole property has just one ramp for a stroller, forcing you to walk around the entire site to use it, which isn’t convenient; a few more ramps would help. Also, the parking fee of 500 UAH per night feels unreasonable, especially for hotel guests.

The location is great and the rooms are comfortable and well‑equipped. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional, and I especially want to thank Ms. Kateryna for her service and assistance. They’re always ready to help and improve the comfort of your stay.

The hotel itself is simply amazing! The room is tidy, clean, and cleaned daily. All our requests were met immediately, the staff are friendly, attentive, and very polite. The view from the room is a separate love—sea right in front of your eyes, and that alone makes me want to return. The only big downside is the restaurant. The food is tasty, but the service was a disaster. On the first evening almost no one paid attention to us, even though the restaurant was half empty. On the second floor there was a banquet, but honestly that shouldn’t have affected service to other guests. The waitress spoke to us in a way that made us feel uninvited. After that we only had breakfast included with the room, which should have been a breeze—no wait for the buffet. But on the last day we even had to “fight” for breakfast. We arrived as usual, and a girl rushed up to me and started loudly saying I hadn’t paid for breakfast and that my room didn’t include it. She apparently misheard our room number and decided we had to be kicked out of the restaurant instead of politely asking. That was a fiasco, especially considering the hotel’s overall level. I still recommend the hotel: great location, incredible view, wonderful room, cleanliness, and excellent staff. The restaurant, however, needs serious improvement in service. At these prices the level of service is unfortunately far below expectations. Throughout our stay in Odesa we visited many restaurants, and none had such an attitude. The hotel gets a big “yes”! The restaurant has work to do.

The room was very cozy and beautiful. Relaxing on the lounge chairs and the public beach nearby made for a comfortable break.
