“Worst room i have ever been in”

The taps leaked, the AC leaked water everywhere when I woke up, and the smallest room I've ever seen had a damaged mattress with a wire sticking out.

“not likely we will go back there”

The hotel was 15/20 minutes from the Golden Temple, not the 5 minutes listed, and the food was dirty and slow to arrive.

“Good comfortable stay, would definitely recommend.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great, close to all the main attractions, but the washroom was very small.

“Nice staff team and a convenient location”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, but the staff at the front desk, particularly Muskan, Karanbir, and Suraj, made a big effort to make me feel welcome. They were extremely responsive, warm, and helpful, which made up for the hotel's location on a busy road. The charming roof terrace and the proximity to the golden temple were also major positives.
