The breakfast was excellent and varied, the hotel was clean, and the place was bright and comfortable. I wish there were more activities for kids to make the visit even more fun.

I liked the beach, but the sea‑view rooms were under maintenance and we weren’t told until the first morning at 5 am when the alarm system ran for an hour; at least they let us leave late, but the 11 pm room‑service was awful—waiting over half an hour for ice and paying 180 riyals for breakfast from room service, which was also delayed; I probably won’t come back.

The staff were generally kind, especially the evening valet and the children’s activities, and security was present everywhere. The bed was not comfortable at all, the breakfast was ordinary and limited.

I loved almost everything – the staff were excellent, and the food and drinks were great. The only downside was the lack of evening entertainment and the bar outside closing at 9 pm, plus you couldn’t get an alcoholic drink inside except for the farmhouse in paper cups, which felt like you were a 2‑year‑old; I’ve never experienced that before.
