Breakfast and the staff’s welcome were fine. The bathroom is outdated, the shower curtain is a mess, the bed is uncomfortable, and there’s carpet on the floor.

We chose a two‑bedroom room but received a room for three. The hotel’s restaurant was very good, with a well‑kept interior and classy service. The street is noisy, the building is old, there’s a stale smell, and the furniture looks ugly and outdated. Douarnenez isn’t a pleasant place for a two‑night stay; it radiates poverty and marginality. The bathroom is tiny, uncomfortable, and gets flooded when you shower. In short, the property does not meet current standards.
