The location was brilliant, the property was clean and the hosts were responsive, but construction outside during the week made it quite loud inside and made it hard to lie down.

The location was good, but the fan was weak.

The accommodation was excellently located and very clean; we were able to leave our luggage early and check out without any problems. The entrance felt a bit odd because access to the building is through a souvenir shop, but everything else was fine.

The location was unbeatable, right in the center of Lisbon on the liveliest street and close to all tourist attractions, and the facilities were decent with clear instructions from the owner. However, there was no air conditioning, only a single fan that was insufficient on hot days. The walls and windows were paper-thin, and our room had a door that opened directly onto another room, so we could hear everything. The hotel supplied earplugs, but they were neither enough nor comfortable. The building opposite was under construction, so resting after arrival or a day out was difficult. The bathroom made strange noises at night, the pillows were soft and uncomfortable, leaving us with neck pain daily. The apartment entrance was through a souvenir shop, which felt quite strange. There were no sockets in the room; you had to use the bedside lamp or charge your phone. The windows lacked blinds or opaque curtains, letting in a lot of morning light. The hot shower water lasted only 5 minutes.
