Great value for money for Hakuba. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A practical, well-equipped, and convenient place to stay. We stayed in April when the weather was fairly mild, so the heating worked a bit too well at times 😄 But it really wasn’t a big issue

Room wide, clean. Only one staff member, no service mindset; asked questions, no answer, no customer service knowledge, told to go to tourist information center. Bathroom supplies like soap, shampoo only for one day; second day had to buy.

I could relax and move around freely, and the price was cheap, but I mistakenly thought there was a simple kitchen—there wasn’t any kitchen at all.

The location was super convenient, close to both free and paid bus stops, the room was warm, and the bathroom was private.

The spot is well‑situated near plenty of restaurants, and although there are no elevators we were lucky the room was on the first floor; there’s a small tub to soak tired feet that might fit an 1.7m tall person, otherwise it’s more for kids, and a public corner with a microwave for convenience store food; the room is a bit tight for two adults and two kids, so we had to clear the table before setting up the bed on the tatami, but it’s a charming little place.
