The cabins, flora, and fauna were great. The staff were very sparse, the facilities were a bit old and lacked maintenance, and some guests were very noisy.

I loved the location and style; the lake is definitely a real draw for relaxation. I didn’t like that the insect tour was an extra, as it didn’t live up to the expectations it created.

The location and lake were nice, the receptionist was friendly, and the dining room décor was appealing. The staff’s quick response to our towel request, thanks to one worker who handled it efficiently, was appreciated. Two staff members—one who served breakfast and one who handled cars—were both in a bad mood. We couldn’t add extras to breakfast; we wanted to cancel, but the server said it wasn’t possible and wouldn’t commit to how long it would take. At 10 am the power went out, so we couldn’t charge our phones. The pool isn’t heated.

“Excelente”

I stayed at this place and it was excellent, with great facilities and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also excellent, and there was nothing negative to mention.
