“décevant”
The place itself was fine, but the rooms were so cold that we had to ask for extra radiators, the shower was moldy, and the restaurant service was deplorable.

The room, the pool, and the spa access were great. The cold tobacco smell in the room forced us to ventilate for a long time, but unfortunately it stayed, and as a non‑smoker I noticed it right away.

Room service was poor, unreachable, the restaurant service was bad, and there was no good communication for the price paid. There was no room service at the scheduled times, which was terrible.

I liked the hotel, but the restaurant was a let‑down because it listed wines and dishes that weren't actually available. In July we found a certain wine missing, still missing in September, and we were told it wouldn't return until next year.

The bed was a solid five stars, the bathtub was fantastic, and the spa was impressive. However, booking a massage required a 15‑day advance notice, which feels unreasonable and points to staffing issues.
