Only the location is good. The room works for one person or just for a couple to sleep. The breakfast isn’t good, just an omelette and bread.

Location, staff, and value for the price are positives. Negatives: a smell in the bathroom, no elevator, and the carpet on the floor.

“The hotel was more than Disappointing and would not stay there again.”

The location was okay if we had stayed at the hotel, and the breakfast was fine even though the breakfast room was small, had no windows, and we had a 5‑minute walk. The hotel did not give us the room we booked. We were confirmed to stay in a room with a balcony but were sent to an apartment 5 minutes from the hotel. The apartment lacked toilet paper, bottled water, coffee making, a working television, and the shower was just a hose with no shower attachment. The apartment was not clean and most of the furniture was broken. Access to the hotel is via a dirty red staircase.

“Rezillik!!!”

I absolutely do not recommend this place! The listing on Booking was completely different from what we actually stayed at. We booked the hotel through Booking and paid 98 manat, but when we arrived the reception told us we wouldn’t be staying there and would be moved to another apartment/house‑style accommodation. The reservation never mentioned an apartment. Even though we insisted we had booked a hotel, we had no other choice but to accept. The place they sent us to was far below our expectations and very run‑down. Cleaning was a serious issue; the shower area was in terrible condition, there was no shower head, and there was rust in many spots in the bathroom. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; both of us woke up with neck and body aches. It is absolutely unacceptable to show a customer a different place without their knowledge or approval when a hotel is advertised on Booking. We did not find the service we paid for to be adequate at all. I strongly advise anyone booking through Booking to double‑check that the place they’re getting is really the same and that no alternative accommodation will be offered.

“I liked the stay because of the staff. Overall, the stench coming from the bathroom was at times nauseating.”

The staff were very friendly and the location is great, but the room has a strong bathroom drain smell and is close to a busy road, so it stays noisy at least until 1 am. There’s no lift, which could be a problem for people with knee issues. The entrance lacks light and feels a bit creepy.
