We checked in and went to room - front of house staff was very kind - my husband went into the bathroom and there was urine on the toilet seat; there was a blood stain on the side of the bed on the sheet. We immediately left the room, went to the front desk, checked out and asked for a refund - which they did provide

“Would not stay there again because the back side of the property is dark and unsafe.”

The breakfast was the only likable thing about the property. The person who checked us in did no even get out of her chair. When we asked about an elevator she said…you booked this and did not indicate you would need an elevator!. There was really nothing outstanding about the property. I got the feeling they do not like to have bookings . The place was in no way full and they gave us a second floor room on the very back side of the building. It was not a very safe environment
