I stayed at the hotel and was impressed by the stunning mountain view, the large bed that was very comfortable, the spacious bedroom, and the very roomy bathroom. However, after staying here every year, I noticed that recent renovations have been neglected; the balcony door lock is broken and cannot be closed, which feels unsafe. Inside the room, the hairdryer head is broken, the door latch falls onto the head, the towel is no longer white, and there is a dead lizard next to the sink.

The location and view from the room were great, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was disappointing, and the street traffic made the room noisy because there was no proper sound isolation.

The accommodation felt rather scary, like an abandoned hotel. The room was located in a former café that has closed, there was no security, no gate, and the room was just a glass space without curtains, making it unsafe to stay alone. It seemed like a price scam.

“Awful the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!”

There was nothing positive to say about this hotel – just avoid it. Everything was terrible: it sits on a very noisy road, the rooms face the road and the noise is horrible. Even after moving up three flights (no elevators), the road noise stayed the same. The safe didn’t work, the hairdryer didn’t work, and it was all awful. The pictures look great but I’d give it one star (minus one if possible). The fitness studio was a joke, the equipment was awful, the room had no air conditioning, and the hotel was poorly maintained. The staff seemed bored, the restaurant didn’t exist, the food was terrible, and breakfast was not good. Everything was black, scruffy, chipped, old, and unappealing. I would never return, and we booked two nights but only stayed one. If we could get a refund, we wouldn’t have stayed. Grab or taxis couldn’t take us to any restaurants, limiting our dining options. Don’t book this hotel – that’s my best advice.
