The location is great, right near Ponsonby’s restaurants and shops, but the traffic noise from the main highway is loud, there were no rubbish bin liners, we received only one coffee pod for four people over two nights, and the pillows were too springy and high, so we all had to sleep without them, which was disappointing on a work trip where a good night’s sleep is important.
