The room was clean and the staff were helpful, but I’d suggest adding complimentary morning tea and breakfast.
The room was spacious with two large attached beds and the building is new with modern appliances. The room I booked online was not that great – it smelled like wood termite killer and was quite far from the main road.

I was unhappy with the service. The owner gave my room to another family for extra money and only told me three hours before that the room was no longer available, which I didn’t like.

I spent three nights at Hotel Shree Narayan Palace in Ujjain and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the real highlight was Mr. Rahul’s amazing hospitality; he even gave me a free bike ride to my destination, going above and beyond! I highly recommend it. Bonus: there’s a mini‑house restaurant in front of the hotel and Aunty’s paneer ki sabzi was fire‑hot. The only downside is that if you’re traveling with a large group of 20+ people, it might be hard to fit everyone because the rooms and facilities are limited; it’s best suited for couples, solo travelers, or families of 6‑7.
