The villa itself is nice and the beach is clean, but it’s located in a very remote region. There’s no food service during the off‑peak season, so we had to drive more than 20 minutes to a small town for meals. We bought take‑away food for dinner but no dishes were provided, and when we asked for dishes we were charged extra. The property offers no entertainment, only three bicycles in very bad condition, and you’re only allowed to use them for one hour with complicated procedures; any extra hour incurs an additional charge. We should budget about 20% of the room rate for these extra fees.

The food is tasty, the beach is beautiful. The shared bathroom’s water pressure is slow, water lingers for a long time, and the shower and spray knobs are hard to turn.

The place is amazing! The hotel is brand‑new, spotless, with a beautiful, sparsely populated area. The staff deserve high praise. I loved it and will definitely return. The beach is a different story—pristine sand and crystal‑clear water. The lack of city noise is a real bonus; the beach is empty and totally relaxing. Locals in the village are very friendly, and there are a few tiny shops where you can buy beer, drinks, and coffee. The room was clean, fresh, and towels were changed daily; they also refill water bottles. It’s a bit far from the sea, but a golf cart takes you to the beach in just 3 minutes, and back the same way. The pool is almost always empty and very clean, only it closes at 9 pm. The downside is the lack of infrastructure: no shops or fruit stalls nearby. That’s expected because the hotel is in a remote village and still new; the area is undeveloped and some buildings are still under construction. The on‑site restaurant wasn’t great; the chef needs more training, which disappointed us after the incredible culinary adventures we had elsewhere in Vietnam.
