The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the lobby was charming, and the rates in Georgetown were good. We managed to check in a bit early when we arrived without any trouble. Nothing else to note.

The facilities were modern, and the big bus shuttle from the hotel ran in the mornings. Evening meals were nice, and the laundry service was good. However, the American breakfast had limited options, and there was no separate dining area – we had to eat in the bar, which mostly had high stools.

The reception staff were friendly, and we had a private lift to our room so we never had to wait. The bed was good. The restaurant staff were somewhat uninterested, and there were few toiletries available.

The hotel sits in a decent neighborhood, not far from the metro station, and we walked to the White House from there. Walking toward Georgetown University, we passed many interesting shops along the way. On the last day, in‑room internet access became a paid service.
