Free bike rentals are a brilliant idea, especially for Georgetown and the main Washington spot with the subway nearby; the lobby happy hour was a highlight. Everything else was perfect.
“Nice spacious and comfortable room”
The location is excellent, close to the metro, friendly, and near Trader Joe’s. The room is large, well organized, and quiet. The queen bed feels a bit small compared to what we’re used to with a king.
“Memorable stay at DC”
The spot is amazing, right next to Foggy Bottom and George Town, and the room size is great. The kitchenette with a gas burner is super handy, and the staff are friendly. It does feel a bit dated and could use a few updates, but if I ever head back to DC, I’ll book here again.
“Loved it.”
Everything. Great value: inexpensive for DC, beautiful, amazing location right by the GW campus, comfortable beds, lovely staff, well monitored and quick valet parking. We had a great time for two nights. Will definitely stay again. Bonus: They have bicycles to lend for free. We didn’t try them, but how sweet and it’s a great area to bike around. We loved 99% of our stay. The only tiny thing was that the water pressure in the shower was medium, not amazing. With a rainwater head it was plenty good enough. That’s the only less than wonderful thing here. The area has a mosquito problem in most of DC, and especially in the Foggy Bottom, so you might want to use repellent when you step out, but we didn’t see any inside the hotel
“Overall great value for spacious and comfortable accommodations”
The King Suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a good bed and pillows; everything was clean, though a bit dated, and free bikes were available for guests. The staff were very welcoming.
