“An incredible stay with breathtaking Pyramid views and outstanding service!”

The airport transfer was flawlessly organized. The hotel staff were super friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. They easily adjusted the breakfast to accommodate vegetarian preferences. Most importantly, the room offered an unbelievable direct view of the Pyramids, and taking a bath in the bathtub positioned right in the middle of the room while looking at the Pyramids was an absolute highlight! The walls were a bit thin, so it was somewhat noisy at times.

Islam is a really good person; he helped us get our transport and everyone here is amazing. The view of the pyramids is insane wow.

“Lido il signore alla reception molto disponibile e gentile nei nostri confronti.”

The view of the pyramids is breathtaking. The room is on the 5th floor of a building. The cleaning!! We booked for two nights, and the next day while we were having breakfast, the cleaning lady was tidying our room; unfortunately or fortunately my eye caught the room and I saw her “cleaning” the jacuzzi with a toothbrush, which is actually used for cleaning the toilet. We left as soon as she finished tidying the room. The hotel was empty, we were the only ones.

Отель расположен прекрасно: близко ко всем достопримечательностям — всё в пешей доступности. Огромный плюс для тех, кто приехал смотреть город. Персонал очень-очень дружелюбный: если нужно что-то подсказать, сделать, помочь — всегда с улыбкой и душой. Чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. И отдельное спасибо за безопасность. Здесь спокойно, вы можете совсем не переживать за этот момент. Вид шикарный, есть терраса — утро или вечер с чашкой кофе на ней превращаются в маленькое счастье. Из того, что можно пожелать — чуть больше уборки. Не критично, но было бы ещё лучше. Завтрак, скажем честно, однообразный, но вполне нормальный, голодным не останетесь. А если захочется разнообразия — рядом есть заправка, где можно купить вкусную продукцию. В целом — хороший, крепкий отель с душой и отличным местоположением. Спасибо за приятные дни!
