“Definitely wasted money”
The place had no hot water, and they couldn’t fix it. When I checked out I told the staff we didn’t receive the service, but they had no courtesy to apologize.
“Suggest everyone not to go this hotel”
Very bad experience… I promised not to come here again. Everything wqs very bad.

The next day they charged extra money. There was no hot water in the Jacuzzi, and they sent 3–4 people several times to fix it, yet it still didn’t work.
"Excellent stay at this hotel! Rooms were neat & clean, staff was very cooperative, and service was top-notch. Location bhi convenient hai. Value for money aur peaceful environment mila. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Rajkot."
