The immediate proximity to public transport, the all‑day open bar and restaurant, and the very friendly and attentive staff were highlights. The cloakroom could be a bit larger.

“Für eine Nacht knapp genügend”

The central location is top. The staff are friendly. The shower was renovated. However, arriving by car means you have to unload luggage in a no‑stop zone. If you need to leave in the wrong moment in the morning, you might have to wait up to 30 min for the delivery person to clear the exit; the delivery person was nice and waited a short time to let us out, but that was pure luck and nobody warned us. The toilet in the room smelled like urine, the light didn’t work in the toilet, the safe had no battery, and the TV remote was defective. When I complained about these points at reception during check‑out, the lady didn’t comment on them and just smiled. It’s a shame, the hotel really has potential. For one night it was barely enough.
