Villa Mangga Beach

We felt very comfortable here. We were greeted with a watermelon drink and given a snorkeling set that was inexpensive. Breakfast could be ordered at 7:00 am and arrived early. Traveling with an 8‑month‑old made the early breakfast useful to avoid the midday heat. The room and terrace were good, with rarely direct sunlight. The pool offered shade at many times of day, which was great for a baby. We would choose it again and the price‑performance matched perfectly. The pool could have been cleaner, but that was acceptable. It was heavily used during our stay, which shouldn’t deter anyone.

“Easy access to the beach, helpful and kind staffs, great views from the pool.”

Getting to the beach was super easy, staff were very kind and helpful. The pool faces the ocean, probably the best thing about this villa. Overall it was a great experience, but the washroom had a creepy vibe for some reason, likely because it has a lot of dead space.

Quiet, simple old Bali‑style 8‑room paradise. Terrific staff, clean pool, great air conditioning.

“No volveré nunca”

Nothing good. The cleanliness is completely absent; we found the kitchen and the fridge all dirty, the fridge even containing dead bugs inside. Even after requesting twice that they clean properly, they didn’t. There is a total lack of hygiene. Service is extremely slow: on the first day we waited almost two hours for a basic breakfast (pancakes and fruit). Also, although there is a beach right across, it’s impossible to enjoy it because the sand is rocky and unhygienic, with human feces present. The accommodation needs urgent renovations and serious maintenance. I do not recommend it at all.
