Summary of this review
The customer service was terrible; the front desk guy was dozing on the sofa when we got there at 6:00pm, didn’t even say sorry or greet us, and gave us zero info. The breakfast area looked like it was under maintenance, with dead cockroaches visible and dust everywhere.

It’s in a good spot near Central Park. There’s no parking in the building, so you have to walk almost two blocks to drop off your car, and the garage staff aren’t always around, which causes delays when you’re picking up your vehicle.
