It’s perfect to stay after visiting the Ranakpur temples if you don’t want to keep traveling. It’s ideal for rest, has a wonderful pool, and the landscaped surroundings are great. The restaurant is fine, and the breakfast is impressive, with pancakes made fresh and a large fruit platter. However, there was a breakfast offer, and at reception they “casually” didn’t know about it. When we arrived, they told us breakfast wasn’t included. I suspected because I was sure it was, but we accepted because I might have mis‑booked. Reception said breakfast cost 550 rupees. When I showed them the restaurant’s web offer of 300 rupees, they said they didn’t know. Coincidentally, the restaurant did offer it. It’s not about the money, but the feeling that they’re trying to pull extra cash, and that detail didn’t sit well with me. The breakfast, however, was spectacular. I don’t know if it was because there were few customers, but as of 30 July, the restaurant had no air conditioning and was extremely hot unless the fan worked well.
