The hotel's main selling point is its spa and massage services, which come at a cost, but are a steal compared to what you'd find in Bangkok. The quality of service is top-notch, but it's a different story when it comes to the water quality, which is subpar throughout the hotel, including the shower, pool, and even the rooms themselves. The cleanliness could be better, and the breakfast buffet is pretty basic and unimpressive, even by high-end hotel standards.

This place exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect. I didn't find a single thing to complain about.
