“Cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas 5 étoiles”
The pools and slides were great, and the housekeeping staff were sweet and attentive. Our room was clean and the lobby was stunning. However, the snack bar staff were unpleasant several times, the prices were high and the food was poor. The air‑conditioning barely worked in our room when it was 47° outside, making it unbearable. Electrical outlets kept falling out, and the bathroom was “patched up”, causing a flood after each shower.
